You can cancel online or call our customer service team between the hours of 9 AM and 6 PM. There will be no charges or obligations if you cancel during the free trial period. If you cancel a monthly or annual subscription, you will not be charged for the next month or year. You will continue to have access to all 360 Legal Forms has to offer for the remainder of the term.

Utilizing the combined skills of our founders, we have streamlined the process and trained our customer service representatives to help you every step of the way. We aim to provide everything you need for your basic personal, business, and real estate documents. Our services are not appropriate for every situation, because some still require bespoke legal services. You can, however, get a head start with a vetted form to save you and your legal team time, which ultimately saves you money.

Our helpful customer support representatives are available from 9 AM to 6 PM Central Time via chat, phone, or email. Contact us today.

With any of our subscription plans, including during our free trial period, you have access to the entire library of documents.

Your free trial subscription lasts for seven days, after which your monthly subscription will begin automatically. If you do not cancel, you will be automatically enrolled in our monthly plan so your service is not interrupted. If you cancel during the free 7-day trial, you can still download your document and use it however you want and with no further obligations. Access to your account and any documents you created, but did not download, will not be available if you cancel your account.

Some documents have multiple names, so you may want to search for similar documents to find what you need. We have tried to cover the similarities in our search functions which will always be improving, but it may not catch every similar name for a document. If you have exhausted your search, let us know what the document is and we will look to add it to our library.
